HUMAN RIGHTS AND SOCIAL JUSTICE MISSION

I WANT TO JOIN

I HAVE A COMPLAINT

The Human Rights & Social Justice Mission (HRSJM) is a government-registered, democratic human rights organization in India dedicated to defending constitutional values, protecting human dignity, and promoting equality across the nation. Driven by its core operating principle, “No Expectation – Only Contribution,” the regional network brings together over 100,000 workers, activists, and volunteers to fight systemic failures and provide support to the oppressed.

CORE MISSION & STRATEGIC PILLARS

The organization focuses on bridging the gap between constitutional protections and grassroots reality through four key programs:

SHAKTI SANKALP: A targeted women’s initiative that provides legal aid, economic livelihood training, and counseling for survivors of gender-based domestic violence and workplace harassment.

BAL ADHIKAR: A dedicated child rights protection scheme that establishes tuition centers for underprivileged children while campaigning actively against child labor and high school dropout rates.

PRAKRITI RAKSHA: An environmental justice unit focusing on mangrove protection, tree plantations, and water conservation campaigns for farming and tribal communities across coastal Maharashtra.

LEGAL AID CELL: A free assistance program providing critical support to victims of caste discrimination, land rights violations, forced labor, and human trafficking.

FUNDAMENTAL FOCUS AREAS

The mission tackles deep-rooted systemic and social challenges through localized activism:

CONSTITUTIONAL AWARENESS: Spreading literacy on essential civil, minority, labor, and fundamental rights, as well as the Right to Information and Freedom of Speech.

COMBATING HATE CRIMES: Actively campaigning against mob lynching, religious violence, and targeted harassment to preserve social harmony.

ERADICATING SOCIAL EVILS: Challenging dowry practices, early-age marriages, and the neglect of senior citizens while advocating for improved sanitation facilities.

ENGAGEMENT AND PUBLIC ACTION

The platform operates a direct HRSJM Grievance Portal allowing victims of injustice to file formal human rights complaints for administrative or legal guidance. Indian citizens aged 18 and older can apply to become verified members or local activists to monitor and address civil issues in their respective districts.

If you are looking for specific details, please let me know if you would like to learn about membership application steps, how to file an official complaint, or the contact information for their regional offices.
